This is a restaurant unchanged by time. Where you will probably find the owner at the hostess stand... the waitresses have been working there most of their adult life. Where the food is homemade. The spaghetti sauce is incredible.(I am constantly trying to replicate it at my home in Texas.) When I go, I buy a few quarts to freeze... more

Jim's is a legendary local business that attracts all the politicians and celebrities who visit the state. If you're a visitor to Huntington, you HAVE to visit Jim's and experience a part of local history. This restaurant has changed little since it was opened about a half century ago - the waitresses still wear white uniforms, the spaghetti tastes like my grandma's (not remotely Italian!) and they do not take credit cards.
