I normally think sushi places are pretty uniform as far as variety on the menu, with only freshness of fish seperating the good ones from the bad ones. I've been to Samurai Blue on a number of occasions (the one in Ybor and the one in Westchase) and have never been dissapointed. Samurai Blue remains to be my favorite sushi restaurant in the area.
