My husband and I came across Marcelo one evening on our trip to BAS in 2005 , and it was the BEST find. Everything there was amazing, and with the exchange rate our meal came out to US$30 for the both of us (that's US$15 pp) which included appetizers, main course, bottle of wine, dessert and coffee (and tip too!).... more
