As a young peruvian i myself like trying my ancestors food. The spices always blend well together and is always very consistent. It was the day after Thanksgiving and we didn' t want to eat turkey leftovers. We went down to the Aliso Viejo Town Center and found this wonderful Peruvian food restaurant.
