I'm a Japanese customer who visited this restaurant for several times when I stayed in Melbourne for business. The restaurant uses good food materials but "shari" (rice for sushi) is a bit hard to bite, some of the Japanese staff don't understand Japanese language (they only replied to me when I started to use English), and the Japanese kitchen staff... more

well this place is totally not environmentally friendly. all those plastic they use to wrap up one sushi roll! the seaweed was tough on my roll and they used too much rice. eel was nice, though. more
