Great location and lovely views but not what I would classify as 4*. Some of the staff were exceptional and some exceptionally miserable and rude. This was our second stay at this hotel in the beautiful unspoilt village of Ericeira. As in my last review - sea view room was excellent, staff helpful and friendly, rooms spotless and food good. I booked this trough their website and I was not disappointed. The location is fab. We had a room on the 3rd floor with sea view and balcony, sunsets to die for. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast very good. The village is lovely and very portugese, lots of nice places to eat. Try the Barrossa Beef and Sea bass.... more
