Front desk help was efficient and friendly. Stored luggage before check-in and will hold luggage after check-out. Breakfast room was well supplied and clean. All the hotels are so expensive in New York City. The Hampton wasn't cheap but for the money we were very happy. The location is great and the room was very nice. The breakfast both mornings we were there was very filling. They even had a bowl of apples there on the counter all day. more
