I am going to Boston again this summer and won't be staying at the Hyatt. If you are a business traveler it is a good solution, but for personal travel. The location is not as desirable as others. more

The Hyatt Regency Boston is located in a really sleepy and quiet surrounding area- the only exception being Chinatown. It is a 22 floor building that is grey and red on the outside- not beige like one would expect when looking at the website photo. good location near Boston Common, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown. walkable to many areas. area seems a lot cleaner from a few years ago. staff very friendly, helpful. room clean, comfortable. not particularly memorable in any way. but no problems. found a weekend special so rate was very affordable. more
