We just returned from 5 nights at the Sheraton. Overall the stay was above average. We paid $350 plus taxes and $22 resort fee for a deluxe ocean front room. The room was well sized with a large lanai overlooking Molokai and Lanai islands. The room was equipped with double sinks, separate WC and standard tub/shower combo. The products are... more

The hotel property is very nice, but not very well planned. If you stay in an ocean front view room in building 6 or farther, plan on a ~15 minute walk to get to the lobby, restaurants, pool. The buildings on the property are not connected by one consistent floor. From the 5th floor on building 6, you have to... more

From the time we arrived in our room at the Sheraton Maui Resort, we felt like we were in paradise. The staff was wonderful, making us feel very special. The blue water was breathtaking. We could not imagine a more magnificent setting and plan to return as soon as we possibly can. We can't stop talking about our dream vacation! more

First, let me say that the Sheraton Maui is a beautiful resort,...very clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and polite, our room was immaculate and the beds were some of the most comfortable of any we have ever slept in. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, and the ocean view is breathtaking. My wife and I... more

My family and my brother's family just completed a week long stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort. Overall, it was excellent and we had a great time. I am a half full rather than half empty person and roll with the punches but even so, we like to stay in nice places and this was definitely a nice place. The... more

We stayed at the Maui Sheraton for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to stay! Right on the beach, food was good, an a very helpful staff when it came to organizing excursions on the island. We had not rented a car, and the concierge helped book us for snorkel trips and bike adventures that had transportation from the... more

After a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Maui last year, I am sorry to say that this year's stay was stressful, to say the least. Let me start off by saying that the grounds, pool, and beach are very nice. The rooms are just average (in need of refurbishment), but I knew that already. The housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bellmen... more

I was married at the Sheraton on top of black rock in their Ali'i suite October 27, 2007. We also rented an additional 10 rooms for our guests and family. This resort is the most magnificent place I have ever been. It's location, serenity, beauty and friendliness of staff is unmatched. The beach is huge, uncrowded and the water is... more

We loved our stay at the Maui Sheraton. It is our favorite Hotel on Maui and we have stayed at The Westin, The Hyatt, The Kaanapali Beach Hotel, and others. The Sheraton wins out due to their perfect location on Black Rock with some of the best consistent snorkeling in Maui. We stayed for 10 nights and were upgraded from... more
