Having read the reviews here, we were not surprized by the minimalist touches, i.e. housekeeping once a week, coffee provided free for one day. We very much enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly, and our room was lovely. Full refrigerator, microwave, sink, utensils, plates, etc. Everything you could want or need. Hotel is not even 5 minutes from the path/subway station, which gets you to Manhattan in about ten minutes. Reasonable price for what you get. Free parking, in a secure closed lot.... more

Stayed at candlewood suites may 2008 the hotel was spotless clean, rooms were very neat clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly there were free washing machines and tumble dryers. The hotel was one path stop away from the world trade site, from there it was easy to reach all of manhattan. Will be going back to new york... more
