There are much nicer hotels in Reno at far fairer prices. It is no wonder that this place is on it's back financially. The service at the bars and restaurants is smarmy at best, and some of the dealers at the tables act as if this is the only casino in the world. I can't believe the rates this place... more

Stayed July 30 2008, had a terrific experience. Great location on the river. Smallish, boutique hotel. Restaurant meal was fantastic and reasonably priced, great service- accomodating to my kids. Stayed here 3 nights on business. This was my choice of where to stay when on business in Reno. I have stayed here since it opened 7-8 years ago. But now its starting to show its age, carpets stained, linens worn etc. Customer service has always just been ok and I put up with it because I liked the hotel.... more
