My wife and I stayed at the MGM for a business conference. We found a great special online - $109/night for a celebrity spa suite including 2 for 1 spa (which we didn't use), $20 in slots, and a $300 credit for airfare if we fly back. We arrived around 10:00 at night so there wasn't a line. As a... more

We stayed in Las Vegas 2 nights and moved to the "quiet" west wing of the MGM Grand the second night since our hotel the first night was too close to the City Center construction project. The room was very nice however, in the middle of the night, it sounded as if there was a gas powered generator just outside.... more

We went to the MGM Grand for our honeymoon from November 10-14. We arrived before check-in time, so we used the bell service to hold our luggage until our room was ready. Check-in only took about 15 minutes and once we were in our room the bell service brought our luggage to us. All the service people there were very... more

From the moment I arrived to the MGM Grand, I had a very pleasant experience. My flight got in around 8:30 in the morning, and I was able to check in to my room about 45 minutes after arriving as it was still being cleaned - not a problem since I needed to get some breakfast anyway, and the bell... more

I just returned from a short trip to Las Vegas. It was my first stay at the MGM Grand and it was one of the best Las Vegas Strip hotel experiences I have had. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Even before getting to the check-in desk, there were several staff members available to help with... more

Family of 4 staying 3 nights at the MGM Las Vegus in Oct 08. Arrived in the room to find a one square foot of bright red carpet stain beside the bed which was quite wet. Rang house keeping and they rectified that night. After our 2nd morning I rang Hotel Engineering to say that I ran out of hot... more

So a bit about the west wing.....far far way... that I could take... but the website at MGM Grand totally misrepresents what you get in a west wing room..we stayed on the 3rd floor in a west wing room which couldnt have been larger than 250 sq ft. a king bed, a chair a desk, a shower, pedestal sink and... more

The check in hostess was very nice and did give us the room we wanted. The room is okay. Stayed for 4-nights. One of the days, housekeeping forgot to clean the room - some miscommunication between change in shift crew. They did send someone that late evening & made up by giving us a big bundle of toiletries & plenty... more

We just returned from Las Vegas where we stayed at the MGM Grand. We read a couple of reviews about how this hotel was too big and long walks to get anywhere (which is true) but I don't think it is any different from any of the resorts on the strip. We had great service and loved the hotel. Definately... more

The MGM Grand is a great hotel for first time guests to Las Vegas. I stayed at the MGM grand in a regular room on Oct 2-5. Pros: Friendly, caring staff. The staff is more than willing to grant any wish you can think of. The concierge is amazing. They will do about anything that you ask of them! The... more
