I stayed at this hotel twice and while the rooms are excellent, the service is terrible. The first time we stayed there was my wedding night, we got married in vegas and we needed somewhere to stay before we left on our honeymoon. We went to the valet, and they left me standing in the middle of traffic in my... more

This is a "locals" hotel, and it shows. The whole hotel is very smoky and smelly. The food areas are low brow and not upscale at all. The casino is very very smoky and a lot of slot machines. It is about $70 from the airport here in a cab. The rooms are large and the bathrooms look like they... more

We had a wonderful week here.Room was big not tripping over things.Bed was fine. Nice big bath area. Pool kinda small but never very busy. Very nice casino lots of games and a lot of video poker machines.Only ate at the buffet but found it to be a very good value. Ice cream place very good. Great value hotel away... more

Set in a pleasant residential area of west Las Vegas, the Suncoast is a well-kept hotel/casino catering to frequent Las Vegas visitors who have tired of the endless traffic and construction noise of The Strip. (The Bellagio, for example, seems to be surrounded by sprouting high-rises topped by giant cranes.) The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with wall-to-wall, floor- to-ceiling... more

Stayed two nights at The Suncoast as a friend and I were attending a party in the Summerlin area. Since it opened, we’ve always played at Red Rocks, but that hotel is way too expensive for our liking. By staying at the Coast, we’d be located near our friend’s house and also near our favorite casino. It is imperative to... more

A friend & I were going out to Las Vegas for a long weekend in August. We wanted to stay in the Summerlin area because we were attending a friend's party, and our friend did not live too far from the Suncoast. I was a little hesitant to stay at the Suncoast due to some of the previous reviews on... more

This hotel really offers some amazing value. (There is a free shuttle to/from the strip and airport, but a car is really a must.) Our room felt luxurious given the size and view of the mountains, golf course, and pool area. Good variety of food for reasonable prices, and even had $1 bowling after midnight. They even have penny video... more

This is a great hotel for someone who doesn't want to deal with the hussle of the strip. The rooms are huge and the view is amazing. Not much of a selection when it comes to room service, but the hotel is located in Summerlin and is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and only a few minutes drive from the... more

We stayed 4 nights in an Executive One Bedroom Suite & would stay again. The golf course view is fabulous & the space is a welcome change from a hotel room. In addition, every staff person we encountered was friendly & accommodating. Their room service is far superior to The Palazzo (we stayed here the previous 4 nights) - prompt,... more

We were traveling to visit relatives in Fallon and stopped for the night in Las Vegas. I wanted to avoid the traffic and hassle of the strip and chose the Suncoast based on the reviews here. I wish that Tripadvisor had different classes for hotels. This is not a 5 star hotel, but for its class (moderately priced hotels?) this... more
