Pros: 1) Affordable 2) Buffet breakfast is a value for people with kids (Kids eat free) 3) Free admission to the tower during the morning hours Cons: 1) Far from the strip attractions 2) Check-in was horrible.. It took them 20 min to check me in & they offered no reason or apology for the delay 3) They charged me... more

There were 10 of us, 4 rooms were booked, rooms are very spartan - but clean enough. We did not all do the same things at the hotel at the same time but all came together again with the same opinion of poor service. Definitely would not bother to stay there again with so many alternatives in Vegas. more

So after getting a bargain on price-line I arrived for a 5 day stay at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. Its location is not all that bad and as many others here have reviewed you get what you pay for. Check-in has changed since my last visit and the counters that were located near the valet parking are... more

i was hesitant when i got this place from priceline because they descibed it as center strip which it is not.even so it is a destination unto itself and realistically where ever you stay if your not a big walker you'll have to use some sort of transpotation to get around.beer was reasonably priced-bud-2.25/bottle but mixed drinks very high.not much... more

We pulled into the Stratosphere after driving from PHX. They had rooms for 29.95 (it was a Sunday) but we decided to upgrade to a suite, which was huge. In retrospect we should probably have stayed in the 29.95 room because we didn't spend much time in a suite that is easily as big as my house. We had a... more

Check-in was relatively fast. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to get to the next desk clerk. Check-out may be via the television from 5am-1pm (leave your room key in your room) or by dropping a check-out form in a designated box. The front desk receptionist was very polite and courteous. You can store your luggage at their bell... more

we stayed at the stratosphere for 4 days. The moment we came out of the elevator to where our room was at, there was an overwhelming stench of some hair product. Like stuff they use to perm hair with. We walk into the room and it was pretty plain for the price we paid. it looked pretty run down. We... more

We just returned home from a stay at the Stratosphere, it was fantastic ! I like a lot of people read the reveiws and thought did I pick the right hotel. Well, I did. We booked our flight/ hotel with Allegiant, we did not have any problems with that service at all. Checking into the Stratosphere was approximately 10 minutes.... more

This was our second time staying at the Stratosphere. It is very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice relaxing atmosphere, rooms very clean, bathroom clean, coffee provided in rooms. For the price it is way ahead of other hotels on that end of the strip. You can easily get to the other end of the strip by bus or taxi... more
