This is a reliable business hotel filled with business types. The room was comfortable but had a noisy heater. Breakfast was very good value with lots of choices including cooked to order eggs. Appreciated the free wireless and newspaper as well as a friendly front desk. Would use again if in the area for business. more

Really hard to find, helpful staff. Room was ok, pillows sucked. Water pressure low. Not much buffering between room so was kind of noisy. Normally like Marriott hotels, wouldn't go back to this one though. Food in restaurant was ok (continental was ok, hot was lukewarm). more

I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay at this terrible hotel last week. The Maryville Courtyard (Marriott) is a disgusting place; it smells, the service was lousy, and it was dirty. I had booked (and paid for) a non smoking room and was put into a smoking room. I felt as if I was sleeping in an ashtray.... more

We got this hotel on priceline for $38. It was worth much more. It was very clean, staff was friendly and it was beautifully landscaped. There was a baseball team there that was rowdy but when it came time for bed they made sure they were quiet. Only fall back is there were no restaurants in walking distance. more
