I booked this hotel on the Marriot website and got a King w/ sleeper sofa for a remarkable $59 for a Friday night stay, so it's hard for me to complain. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable, though a bit small. Location is a little secluded, be prepared to drive a few minutes for restaurants or stores. I... more

If you are looking for above average value, this is the place. Located off I-64 just outside of the I-270 belt. This hotel is located with the Maryville University Campus, a wooded corporate office park and another Marriott property. Rooms were nicely appointed, although somewhat small. We had a king bedroom with sofa bed, desk. Our room was facing the... more

This is a reliable business hotel filled with business types. The room was comfortable but had a noisy heater. Breakfast was very good value with lots of choices including cooked to order eggs. Appreciated the free wireless and newspaper as well as a friendly front desk. Would use again if in the area for business. more

I stayed here for business in mid-July of this year. I usually choose Courtyard hotels because they are a good value for the money. This one had two groups of teenagers staying there: both were incredibly noisy, and were holding practices until 11:30pm in the adjoining parking lot. This, of course, was not management's fault, but it was nevertheless a... more

Really hard to find, helpful staff. Room was ok, pillows sucked. Water pressure low. Not much buffering between room so was kind of noisy. Normally like Marriott hotels, wouldn't go back to this one though. Food in restaurant was ok (continental was ok, hot was lukewarm). more

It's been recently re-modeled so don't pay attention to the reviews prior to late 2006. It is a very difficult place to find - even once you're there (it's not the easiest place to get to from any direction). The rooms are typical for what you would expect from Courtyard Marriott. I have noticed though that the towels seem a... more

This hotel is awesome. It has just been totally remodeled. Everything is fresh, very clean, and well worth the stay. Believe me - I am very picky! We purchased our room through Price Line for $40 and it was way more than we expected. We ended up with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper, NS room with a balcony.... more

Arrived after dark and drove around in circles trying to find the place (with directions from the hotel). When I finally found it, things didn't improve much. Front desk didn't tell me where the elevator was (not near lobby, but way down the hall). Had only feather pillows, to which I am allergic. Tried to call front desk, but the... more

I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay at this terrible hotel last week. The Maryville Courtyard (Marriott) is a disgusting place; it smells, the service was lousy, and it was dirty. I had booked (and paid for) a non smoking room and was put into a smoking room. I felt as if I was sleeping in an ashtray.... more

We got this hotel on priceline for $38. It was worth much more. It was very clean, staff was friendly and it was beautifully landscaped. There was a baseball team there that was rowdy but when it came time for bed they made sure they were quiet. Only fall back is there were no restaurants in walking distance. more
