We booked this hotel for 3 days prior to our cruise. It was a great deal, however, it was the worst Embassy Suites that I have been to. The positive things about staying here is of course the room size and I also enjoy the decor of the Embassy Suites, there is a pond area with koi in the courtyard.... more

This is a great place to stay if you are just passing through or have a car available, though parking is pricey for an airport location at ten bucks a day. What makes this property most enjoyable is the typical Embassy Suites very large room and the good breakfast. (There are free drinks at happy hour but we were always... more

Worst experience with this hotel. We used to stay at Embassy suites anytime we travel which would have been 5 different ones in 2 months, but this hotel changed our minds and our future reservations. Shuttle was great. We checked in and things were great, front desk staff recommended a few places to eat etc..... We decided to eat at... more

Having stayed at Embassy Suites in Washington DC a few days earlier we were looking forward to our 2 nights in Embassy Suites Miami Airport, having booked an executive room with a Family Package of extras. We did not book the infestation of ants however, and the hotel staff were not helpful at resolving this just handing us keys to... more

We stayed here pre-cruise. We picked this hotel because they offered shuttles from airport to the cruise port. At the airport we only waited about 10 minutes for shuttle bus to come. The front desk staff was very nice. We ate dinner inside the hotel, it was a good meal, the staff was abit slow for only having two tables... more

This is so hard. We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Florida. For 1 night on the 1st night then for the last 2 nights when TS Fay cut short our Key West stay. The one night stay was fine room fine, early to bed as usual when you arrive from the UK, big breakfast in the... more

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because it was such a short distance from the terminal. I could not get into its shuttle, so we found a wheelchair cab and the hotel paid for it as well as for the one gong back the next morning. We were very surprised! The accessible bedroom was on the 7th floor... more

The shuttle to the hotel was free and convenient. We rented through EZ car rental which is located in the hotel lobby. Our room was clean and large but nothing special. The bed was firm but adequate. One elevator was not working and getting to our floor was a pain. It is under contruction so try to book a room... more

If you are thinking of booking a hotel near the airport pre or post flight with the least stress factor, then do not book here. We actually stayed five nights and prepaid. First, without doubt, it is the longest I have ever waited for a courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel. One solitary front desk clerk was trying... more
