So I'm a 20 year old female who traveled to Hollywood alone and felt like splurging on a gorgeous hotel- the whole Hotel California thing was too good to pass up also (loved the song). Firstly, the hotel is beautiful, there's no denying it, however I didn't come away thinking that it's the be all and end all of hotels,... more

I'm going to be as honest as I can about this hotel, because it is mega expensive so people need to know the bad and the good. We were upgraded on arrival to a city view suite which was very beautiful indeed, faultless, gorgeous decor, huge bathroom, everything you could possibly want. The bed was fabulous and attention to detail... more

YES. YES. YES. I planned a last minute trip to LA for my birthday. And when my boyfriend and I got to LA, I decided last minute that I wanted to splurge. So we literally, drove up to the hotel and asked if they had a room. From the first moment when the valet opened our door until we left... more

This is my fifth visit to this classic hotel. Service is the gold standard here. From food, bar, hotel amenities everything is flawless and first class. Celebrities everywhere as no paps are allowed on the premises so they come and go in droves. Spoke to Jon Lovitz, Sharon Osborne, Terry Seymour, who were all fabulous. With a Mary J Blige sighting... more

Wow Wow Wow - we have always wanted to stay here and decided to take the plunge and have our last 2 nights here. Saw lots of famous faces and the kids (well tennagers, 2 girls) were just in awe. Didn't eat in the restaurant but had lunch there 2 days and breakfast. Yes It is very expensive, but worth... more

This hotel made our three days in LA. Lavish and regal, it was everything we had hoped for. Excellent and discreet service, lovely bars and restaurant. Sumptious room and bathroom. The 'courtesy car' which runs you around the surrounds turns out to be a stretch limo (how to arrive at a restaurant in style!) which is on call 24x7. But... more

we stayed in a one bedroom garden bungalow suite for three nights on 22nd sept as the first part of our california trip. Our parents stayed in a deluxe room in the hotel itself, both rooms were beautifully made out and the grounds around the hotel and bungalows were absolutely beautiful and unlike other reviews we liked being away from... more

I will never again stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Thier valet parking services proved to be totally unprofessional. When I checked my vehicle with them, there was no damage to the car. The next day when it was brought out for my departure, a manager was discussing a car accident with two pink-shirted valets. When I returned my rental... more

Stayed in 2 bedroom bungalow. We like the fresh fruit and cookies delivered daily; they provided an excellent Italian-made high chair in the bungalow for our little one. Food and beverage is excellent throughout. We had two service issues -- came to pool area for breakfast before 9am and they weren't open yet even though we were told they were.... more

We stayed in the Beverly Hills hotel for one night to share a bit of the experience and we got what we hoped for: an excellent stay with awesome service. The room was great and very nicely decorated and the whole hotel atmosphere was overwhelming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Polo Lounge was great and the food was... more
