Stayed from 7-31-8-4. Have stayed there 8-9 times when Wyndham owned it and while there were minor details missing..it was a very nice clean room and experience. I CANNOT say this for this last trip. Hyatt has not done a thing to improve or maintainthis hotel from my experience. We stayed 4 nights...room was cleaned once! They call to say... more

The hotel upgraded us to a 2-bedroom unit which was suitable for our family with 2 young children. It helped that there was a DVD player in the unit to keep our children entertained at times. We requested a crib for our baby and it was waiting in the unit when we arrived, along with crib linen and baby blanket.... more

Stayed here for just one night in April 08. Typically nice rooms for Hyatt. I went into the breakfast area for a cup of coffee but couldn't find any real cream, or half and half for the coffee - just unhealthy plastic fake creamers were available. No help from the cereal area as they only had skim milk or 2%.... more

Stayed at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Scottsdale for a work trip. I found the room to be spacious and pleasantly appointed, though nothing lavish. The front desk staff was understaffed at times, but very helpful. There were some confusions with the reservation (one member of my group couldn't make it due to flight cancellations and, with the rooms in his... more

I stayed at Summerfield Suites for 6 weeks during August and September. The room was very clean and spacious, very comfortable for such an extended stay. The hotel is fairly quiet and felt safe. The property does have a very strict rule that the pool closes at 10 pm, including the attached gazebo area. It would have been nice to... more

I spent 2 nights at this hotel Jan 25-27, 2008, in a 1-br room. As a quick aside, they charge a $150 NON-refundable pet deposit, but are certainly pet friendly. They (rightfully so) insist that your pet is caged/crated if you want maid service, and that room service is mandatory at least 3 times a week. The complex appears to... more

Group of 6 gals celebrating fiftieth birthdays could not have found a better place to stay. Two bedroom suite/two bath with King in one bedroom and 2 doubles in the other and plenty of room in living room/kitchen to gather. The hot breakfast and evening snacks gave us a way to save time, money, and enjoyed gathering with other guests... more

Not my first choice when staying in the Scottsdale area however we needed two separate rooms and a kitchen was a nice amenity during the hot September month, but if I had to do it all over again I would probably stay at one of the other Scottsdale Resorts. The rooms are becoming a bit dated, the staff this stay... more

Our family of 4 stayed here from June 29 through July 1, 2007. Here is what I wrote in my travel journal: Suites include 2 K BR's, 2 baths, joint LR, galley kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dining table and chairs. (There are no ice machines because each suite has its own fridge with ice-maker.... more
