The best thing about the hotel is the lobby unfortunately they do not have any beds there. The rooms are shabby and old. No proper hot water in the shower. AC is tacky. This chain of 3 hotels in Bangkok is terrific; Soi 24, 11, and 15. My favourite was Soi 15 but this hotel on Soi 11 was still great. The staff were fantastic and very eager to assist. Cheap charlies across the road is a great bar if you want to see where the expats hang out in this area. more

Stayed in Grand President for 4 days. Location wise hotel is good, few doors away from Ambassador hotel and 5 minutes walk to Nana station. This is our 3rd visit to Bangkok.
