I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in April 2008. The check in was so slow and I changed the room becuase I requested king size room and they gave me 2 single beds. I took more than 60 minutes to get the room. The staff were not helpful ....... I stayed in this hotel because of its location... more

I have read some of the other reviews and have to disagree with this hotel being seedy in any way. We were totally impressed with the hotel - location is perfect just 2 minutes from sky train. Room was spacious with a fantastic bathroom - all v. clean. There is a swimming pool which was quiet and the perfect way... more

Truly awful hotel. After waiting over an hour for our room the room was dirty. The bedding had blood on it and the ashtrays and shower were dirty. We complained and they said that there was no other room available.Eventually after another hour they showed us an upgrade and again the bedding was dirty. We ended up moving to another hotel and did not... more

I arrived in Bangkok after travelling on the overnight train from Nong Khai to Bangkok, which is very basic! But even if I hadn't, I would still agree that the Amari Boulevard is very luxurious for a 4 star hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony, which was quite large, fitting in two big single beds and... more

We spent the last three nights of our Honeymoon at this hotel. When we arrived they had upgraded us to lovely room and had decorated the bed with rose petals, there were rose petals in the bath and in the seperate shower. When we arrived back after having a meal in the evening they had sent us a gorgeous honeymoon... more

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and i really like their services. Called housekeeping on one of the nights for utensils, they couldn't understand,so they came right to our room and they finally understood what we wanted. Besides that,i think their service is pretty good. Breakfast at the hotel is fabulous. Loads of variety. The rooms are really clean and... more

This hotel is located near to the SkyTrain and is excellent for anyone who is only staying in Bangkok for a few days. The decor is contemporary. The staff are very helpful and friendly, The rooms are extremely comfortable and spotless. Even though this hotel is centrally located I found that I was not disturbed by any noise. The pool... more

We had a quick stay at the Amari Boulevard Hotel for an overnight in transit between Siem Reap and Chiang Mai. As a result, we can't comment on the pool, restaurants, etc. The hotel itself was just OK. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony. Balcony was very nice but since we were there for a very... more

We booked The Amari Boulevard via Expedia, and got a great rate of £144 for three nights. Having already stayed in some expensive places, we needed to cut the budget a bit. We knew not to expect too much at that price, but even so, I can't help being a bit disappointed. We arrived late in the evening, having taken... more

We stayed at the Amari for three nights in late February/early March as part of an Asia trip. The hotel itself is okay with good service and facilities. We were upgraded to a superior room which was well fitted out and clean. The buffet restaurant was good but the Thai restaurant is not worth the money and is very expensive... more
