I stayed here for 5 days, it was possibly the best hotel I stayed in, this was due so much to the excellent service I received. The communication from the 1st email and my numerous requests were dealt with, sometimes within minutes of me writing! Abdess the manger answered all my emails with such detailed information and advise. It seemed... more

This riad definately deserves the high reviews given. The staff are totally attentive without being intrusive and always had a smile and a cheerful word. We were picked up from the airport and also transported to the coach station and picked up again all at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a wonderful place to... more

Firstly I'd just like to say that overall our stay lived up to the reviews that have generally been posted already. The Riad is beautiful, comfortable and clean with very pleasant staff. We were made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble and there is exactly the right balance between being keen to provide services without... more

We had a great time at the El Mansour The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful recommending great restaurants and arranging bookings and taxis to get us there. The top floor is a great suntrap acting as an oasis of calm from the manic and exciting city. Here we would have the delicious and substantial breakfasts (although any style of... more

Have just returned after spending 3 nights in Marrakech. We chose the El Mansour based on its Trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The staff were all excellent and willing to assist in any way at all times. The ambience and decor were good and the whole place was always spotlessly clean. our Room ( Number 2 ) was... more

We could not fault the hospitality of the staff, and the rooms were exquisite, the only thing that most of the reviews here do not mention is the area. I would not recommend this Riad for people who want to venture out after dark as the Riad is down some very poorly lit hidden alley ways, which, after dark are... more

We arrived at the airport in Marrakech, 1 hour late due to a late departure from Gatwick. The Riad had arranged a driver to meet us, so we were a little worried that he may have left! We needn't have worried as our driver had waited all that time for us, so it was wonderful just to climb into his... more

Our first visit to Marrakech was made especially wonderful by our stay at the Riad El Mansour. My husband and I have traveled the world, but seldom have experienced the hospitality offered by the staff at this enchanting riad. The riad was truly a hidden gem, a short walking distance from the city center's hustle and bustle. Our stay was... more

We have recently returmed from a short break in Marrakech and can only echo the opinions of other travellers who have stayed at the charming Riad El Mansour. The riad itself really is a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the streets and Medina. Lovely breakfasts on the sun terrace, great traditional Moroccan meals in the evenings, incredibly hospitable... more

This Riad lived up to all the recommendations and reviews by other travellers. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms and whole riad were spotless. The food plentiful, tasty and freshly prepared each day. Lovely little touches - fresh flowers, bottled water, nuts and fruit in the room every day. All the... more
