Nice, very relaxing place with style and luxury. Location is within the medina, but rather on the outside. Good restaurants (1x international, 1x local) Nice room/bathroom, TV only English and French. Service a bit too slow and unflexible. At that price you can expect better service! more

This is a wonderful, peaceful hotel tucked away from the hustle of Marrakech. Centrally located, you can head out to Djemaa or the souks easily or simply choose to relax and unwind in the hotel. The 'Country Club' which contains pool, gardens and restaurant is a real treat - much nicer than the website pics suggest. It is a 20... more

I went to Marrakech with a girlfriend, and we originally planned to stay in Riad we had booked online. We arrived on a Monday night to our Riad quite late, and it was horrible. We droppe dour bags and walked around the Medina, stopping in at La Maison Arabe for dinner. On our way in, we asked if there were... more

My husband and I took part in the cookery lesson held here and were delighted that we had. I am now recommending it as a 'must do tour' to another group of 20 people who are going out to Marrakech later in the year. It was both informative and fun and the end result (which we ate entirely) was delicious!... more

Learning to cook chicken tagine at Maison arabe was one of the highlights of my stay in Marakech- a must do! The food that we cooked was delicious and we were helped every step of the way. It was brilliant to learn about the different spices and herbs used in moroccan cooking, and to talk to Mohammed about moroccan culture... more

We spent four nights at the Maison Arabe and loved every minute of it. The property is hidden away and it is a jewel. It is beautifully decorated and restored. It is located just a few minutes walk from the main square. Our room was spacious and comfortable and gave onto a lovely terrace in the middle of which was... more

This riad is in medina close enough but at the same time far enough from souks and Jemaa el Fna. You can get by taxi 50 meters away, and you walk to Jemaa el Fna in 15 minutes. Really cosy place, more a palace than a hotel. Ali Baba suite with a balcony is magnificient. Breakfast was delicious, but for... more

We came here for the cookery school and liked it so much we booked out of our first hotel and into the top suite! This is such a lovely place. It was very relaxing and only a 10 minute walk to the main square. The three story suite was very comfortable. The roof terrace had a jacuzzi and their was... more
