This hotel is in a great location, close to the Spy Museum and Portrait Gallery downtown. The concept of converting a former bank building into a hotel is a unique one, and my wife and I typically really appreciate (and seek out) re-use buildings like this. However, during the time we were there, we experienced some mechanical problems that Marriott... more

I stayed in the Marriott in Washington during a business trip but only for one night. The hotel was very busy - there was a mix of business and tourist clientele. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was what you'd expect in a 3* Marriott - nothing special but clean and reasonably well equipped. I didn't eat there... more

reasonable rate for family of four (approx. $149) in a great location. Room was very comfortable and clean. In room internet was a little slow, but this was not our priority. Several convenient stores located near hotel for family snacks and quick meals ( CVS, subway, bread/bagel store). One week day there was a farmers market a few blocks from... more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard Marriott. I stayed for a long weekend, arrived early morning. The very friendly staff managed an early check-in for me and stored my luggage until ready. I booked a double room and received one that faced the Spy Museum across the street...very comfortable and clean. 2-double beds, comfortable chair, workdesk w/ ergonomic... more

Our family stayed here in July. the location was great. close to the metros and in walking distance to most things. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. The rooms however are very very small. we had a room with 2 double beds and there were four of us. There was very little space around the bed and the... more

We stayed at the Courtyard Washington Convention Center for 5 nights in mid-July. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. The front desk and bell service were very helpful and friendly throughout the week. We arrived early in the day and although our room wasn't ready they willingly stored our luggage for the day so we could get out... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott DC Convention Center from July 18th to July 20th. We arrived at the hotel around 12:45 however since check-out is noon, there were no rooms available for us just yet since they were being cleaned. The front desk took our bags tho and told that that we'd be automatically checked... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Courtyard in DC on the weekend of June 27th and 28th and absolutely loved it. The location is so convenient to all the sights and anything you can't walk to is easily done by using the metro, which is only one block away. The room was clean and a typical city sized room... more

We booked this hotel based on the tripadvisor reviews and price per night, $169 plus taxes. We stayed for three nights over fourth of July weekend. The room was adequate size. The bed was comfortable. The room was very well kept. They could use a few small touches to make it even nicer like a mini refrigerator or mini bar.... more

I just cannot say anything bad about our experience at this hotel. My wife and I stayed here on a Sunday and a Monday night at the end of June. Location was perfect - a few blocks to the museums on the National Mall - next door to the Spy Museum and a block from the National Portrait Gallery/Museum of... more
