Stayed at the Novotel Rockford hotel during an eye conference for which my wife was the guest speaker - signage to the hotel is virtually absent on the main roadway to Port Douglas. Can I start by saying, please do not let this hotel turn you off a Novotel hotel, we have stayed in lots, and the Palm Cove one is the only one that has fallen below standards.
