We had a layover in Sydney and chose this hotel right in Darling Harbour. Like most big city hotels it was crowded and bustling with activity. Convenient location for anything on the harbour - ferry, aquarium, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. The concierge made a great recommendation for dinner - Coast at Cockle Bay Wharf - short walk from the hotel.... more

Stayed at the Four Points for 6 nights in October. Were upgraded to a harbourview room... fantastic views day and night. Room was very spacious, amenities fine and spotlessly clean. Staff were universally charming and helpful. Can't comment on food as we only had breakfast a couple of days. Very good location for entertainment, bars and restaurants. 3 minutes walk... more

The hotel is well situated and the room had a great view of Darling Harbour. However, the bathroom was old and crappy. I would expect better for the price one pays. The room-service is slow, but the food is okay. more

This has be one of the best hotels in sydney for location, staff and quality. I have stayed at this property several times and the staff have never provided average service and the property is always maintained to the highest standard. We stayed here with a few issues to mention. On the first evening we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, never again. the food was ok but the staff werent exactly consistant with what they were doing. we initially didnt get charged for a bottle of wine nor sparkling mineral water. however the waiter realised and broguht us another... more

It is located in a perfect area of Sydney... right below the impressive historic Rocks area and right next to the Central Business District, both just a short walk away. This was my second stay at the Sheraton on Darling Harbour in 2008. I was impressed (both times) by the standard of service. All staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. I had a twin room harbour view (both times) which was excellent. Very comfortable bed and the room furnishings are adequate. I was impressed with the airconditioning.... more

I stayed here twice over the course of two weeks. The location in Darling Harbour is very convenient. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist spots within easy walking distance. My room during my first visit was a reasonable size King facing the harbour. However, for my second visit I got a very small size king room where I was pretty cramped.... more
