Pleasantly surprised with the Hotel, deserves more than 2 stars. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were clean and tidy, ours had a balcony overlooking the lake. Not too much choice with food but what there was was excellent. Rooms were cleaned each day to a high standard. Pool is very cold!!!! Only a 5 minute walk... more

We're a family with 2 teenage daughters, who admittedly had to book our holiday in August last minute. Saw the Casa Serena on the website, and looked nice enough, so did the booking. Hotel fairly basic, and not particularly customer friendly (although we realise its only 2 star). Rooms don't have air-con so particularly at night it can be hard... more
