Earlier this month, I stayed a few days at the Radisson 1919 in Reykjavik, Iceland, and must say was far from impressed. In principle, the basics are ok - location is at the heart (if you can say there is one) of city, the rooms are nice and clean and overall the hotel looks and feels like your standard Radisson.... more

OK. Had an overall confined feeling. Good thing is the location with several restaurants just around the corner. If I would go to R-vik again, I would try another hotel. Got a small room narrowed with no privacy to another house. Gym OK, had the facilities I needed. more

Excellent stay. In heart of the restaurant and bar district but not much noise heard from street (maybe it was because it was below zero when we stayed).
