We stayed here one night - booked a promotional rate on Expedia. We arrived quite late, and most of the restaurants were closed. WONDERFUL NOVOTEL............i would recommend anyone wanting a stay in Basel to select this hotel. everything was perfect from the staff to the room. we had a suite which was huge,even a little kitchen area! bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean and new. very comfortable beds. would definately stay here again.10/10 thankyou more
