We stayed in the Annex where the rooms are large and very clean. The annex is about 50 yards from the main hotel. The location is great - easy walk to everywhere within the walls. Service was mostly friendly and always timely. Lucca is stunning and Hotel Ilaria is a great homebase from which to explore. more

Had no problem finding the hotel even though it is inside the city walls. Arrive by car, shown to our room and the car keys were taken from us and the car valet parked. The staff were so friendly and the room was excellent. We could not fault the hotel. more
