Situated in a section of Madrid east of the Retiro park, you could be anywhere where high rise buildings predominate. No atmosphere. Inconvenient to everything. Everything in hotel done on the cheap. I stayed at this hotel with my husband as part of a Bristish Airways package. We had no problems with service. The accomodations were sufficient. It was in in a great location as far as access to Madrid. Would definately stay there again. more
