We stayed for 4 nights and had nobig complaints. We had the top floor for 4 people, winding stairs could be a chalange for some. A very good hotel and an excellent location, right across St Pancras' station. We arrived early but the staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage and go on exploring London. We arrived tired after our flight to London and were welcomed and placed on the fourth floor. We had a small clean room with comfortable beds. I stayed here on the way to/from Scotland. Just used it as a stop-over between train trips/ flights.Was really close to King's Cross-St.Pancras station, which made traveling by train to other parts of the UK very easy. Hotel was very clean and fitted out with new tv. Staff very polite. more
