Booked a grand suite, but due to a flood before we arrived ended up in a luxury one-bedroom suite in the Residence. Unlike other reviewers had no complaints about the bed but the air-con unit on the balcony was noisy and we were near the elevator and had distant rumbling from this into the early hours. This hotel was booked through Celebrity Cruises. We spent 2 nights here pre-cruise. We stayed in a suite (kitchen, dining area, living area, seperate bedroom w/king bed, bath). The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff was responsive to needs, and the concierge was right on the mark with restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again! more

Had a beautiful room with a nice view of downtown- Desk Help was outstanding at checkin- Concierge gave us a great recommendation within walking distance for dinnner (Azia) and the stay was outstanding- Very comfortable beds- quiet- would definitely stay again of the opportunity presented itself. more
