Even after returning to the old work grind, we are still talking about our wonderful experience at Las Terrazas. Greg & Murray were so gracious, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked into our beautiful suite. As an interior designer I appreciated the stylish detail to all the rooms. We had a full kitchen, one I would love to... more

When we first saw this property, we were completely delighted with the prospect of spending 5 nights, and right away, wished it were more. We were greeted with the scent of fresh lilies as we entered, were charmed as we entered our private enchanting terrace, and thrilled with the modern and tastefully decorated, homey rooms that were ours. Greg and... more

A friend and I just returned from a FABULOUS stay at Las Terrazas in the Casa Grillo -- 5 nights in late October 2008. We spent a lot of time on line before we made our selection, And I can't imagine that we could have stayed any place we would have liked more. I imagine there are lots of wonderful... more

We stayed in Casa Mariposa one of four lovely units at Las Terrazas B&B in San Miguel. The stay was wonderful and under the direction of Murray and Greg things could not have been better. They were delightful and most helpful with information on the best eating establishments as well as shopping and must see attractions. Their breakfasts are beautifully... more

We stayed in the one bedroom "casita", (Mariposa) Large living/dining area , eat in kitchen, and bedroom open to a completely private, furnished patio, with large fountain, and several dozen potted plants. Every room is beautifully appointed with Mexican, hacienda style furniture and art. What a pleasure to return after a day's activity. Maid service was excellent. Dishes, glasses, Mexican... more

Les Terrazas in San Miguel de Allende is worth the trip by itself. Murray and Greg, the hosts/owners are professionals in the hospitality business and it shows. The four casitas are decorated to reflect the local flavor but it is done artistically and with refinement. The property is excellently maintained with cascading plants, water fountains, and brick walkways. Delicious pastries,... more

Hosts Murray and Greg made sure I saw the lovely sights in town, arranged a trip to nearby Guanajuato to see the birthday place of Diego Rivera and also took me to the studio of Estaban Valdera a local potter who work is in the Smithsonian. The casa was extremely comfortable and... more

Our family of three arrived late and tired but felt our moods immediately soar at this beautiful, immaculate property. Our well-traveled teen daugther said it was the best place ever. Each of the three casas are private, with gardens and large, well furnished rooms. Every morning women scrub down the stone stairway lined with flowers. Breakfast is great, particularly the... more
