Dreams has some nice features, such as not having to make reservations for any of the restaurants - but at the same time the hotel is old, plumbing is poor, pools are bad, the main beach is imposible to swim at - full of seaweed. First and foremost, every single staff member that we encountered in our 7 nights there were terrific. They all seemed happy, were friendly, looked at you and smiled when they walked by you, always made time for you, always gave you "the right of way" if you met them in a narrow hall or path, etc. I could go on... more

We booked our stay (8/16/2008-8/23/2008) with Expedia in March, 2008, And yesterday(8/14 at 7pm) we received a phone call from Expedia that hotel is overbooked and can not accept us.
