Actually, we didn't stay at the hotel, only did the restaurant, way overpriced though. Ask for a menu with prices before ordering...my wife and I ended up spending US $100 on 2 entrées and 3 glasses of wine. Very expensive, even for Tulum. more

The beach at Tulum is special, with idyllic fine white sand, and Retiro Maya stands on a great section with very swimmable sea.
